I like this guitar although it required quite a bit of adjustments before it was playable.
The truss rod needed adjusting and the saddle bridge needed to be sanded down about an eighth of an inch to get the string height where it should be.
It should have come better set up out of the box.
The only other thing is that the bottom metal “Body” part is too small for a classical style instrument.
Now that I have it dialed into the correct adjustments, I’m pretty happy with it.

I admit that I was hopeful and skeptical at the the reviews and demonstrations I saw on line but decided to go for it having missed my original nylon strung guitar from my youth. I took the leap and had to go through a learning curve but am finding more and more that I like about the donnner C Hush. I love that I can pick it up and play at will and not worry about bothering those around me and like the quality of sound reproduction. I have been using my Bose sound cancelling headphones which upgraded the experience. I'm considering a small amp with record and backbeats now, getting excited!

Needed some work with setup at 1st try. Sanding the bridge and working the action definitely ensured this proved to be a keeper practice-travel instrument.

I’ve been trying out different nylon travel guitars. This is my current one. It is very nice and I may get another in the future. I think you should design in a removable speaker for quiet practice and/or an integrated wireless capability to fit in without hanging out off the guitar. Other than that is is my current electric pick for trips.

I'm just starting to learn classical guitar as a portable instrument (I already play piano, but that is not quite RV/camping friendly). The Donner Hush C fits the bill for a slim instrument I can slip into our hanging closet and feel comfortable bringing outside to enjoy at a campsite. As well it should better tolerate the changing environmental conditions compared to a traditional guitar.
I also have a Cordoba C1 acoustic classical guitar (both pictured), and the Hush C compares favorably. My family tells me the Hush, when played through my Bose Soundlink speaker via wired AUX-in cord sounds even better than the Cordoba. Donner has done a great job with the built-in signal processing to nearly eliminate the harsh "bark" of a piezo pickup.
I was worried a solid body guitar would lack the warmth and resonance of an acoustic, but there is plenty of sympathetic resonance from the other strings giving a very organic sound. If you want more, you can always use external processing to add some stereo / reverb, but it is quite pleasing as it is.
The nut width is 45 mm, narrower than the 50 mm of my Cordoba. Thus the strings are each about 1 mm closer together at first position and strings 1 and 6 are slightly closer to the edges, but about the same as you move up. So I'm learning proper form with the left hand is crucial but quite doable. After adjusting the truss rod, action height seems just about right.
Improvements:
1. For support, I've found mounting the lower metal frame backwards helps, but it would be even better if it had an adjustable extension to help lift the fretboard to 45 degrees. Perhaps I can make my own... the connectors look like compressed-air quick connects.
2. Make a Hush-C Pro version with a built-in rechargeable battery and USB-C, and maybe some onboard IR effects to add some stereo body resonance / reverb options. That would be icing on the cake!
3. Wider nut (50 mm) would attract more customers looking for a traditional classical guitar.
Hope this helps anyone looking for more information. I bought the guitar with my own money for my very specific needs. Your needs may be different.

Great guitar. String action is Soooooo high. Needs work before playable.

I am really enjoying playing this guitar. I already have a Hush-X Pro and a Hush-I. The quality of the nylon strings and the acoustics amplified are lovely. Using with a Spark 2 with clean acoustic sound. The instrument was playable out of the box, but I did lower the saddle maybe less than 1mm and adjusted the truss rod for a little lower string action, once the nylon strings had stretched and settled in. Very pleased with this guitar and look forward to many hours of exploration and practice.

This arrived extremely well packaged in a thick foam bag, inside of a well padded gig bag inside of two boxes. Typical of Donner packaging. The form factor is perfect for a traveling guitar. The case candy that comes with it is very good. The strap is excellent as is the patch cord. There is a brief manual and a tool for the spoke wheel truss rod. And the nine volt battery for the preamp and tuner is included. The guitar itself is beautiful. It weighs 4.5 pounds. The nut width is a hair over 46 mm. The scale length is the Fender scale, 25.5 inches. The neck and fret work are outstanding. No rocking frets. No dead frets. No fret sprout. The fretboard is very flat and very wide, which is what you should expect with a classical guitar. The fretboard is HPL, so don't bother using moistening agents. They aren't necessary. The guitar overall is very typical of a classical guitar. So, if you're looking for an acoustic, an electric or an acoustic electric of the typical variety this is not it. You will need a lot of reach and some finger strength to play this, just like any classical guitar. The strings are nylon, but the reach makes it different. This one arrived with insanely high action, but that was apparently due to a whole bunch of relief. It took quite a few turns of the spoke wheel truss rod to straighten the neck and when I got it completely straight, the action was 3.25 mm on both the high and low E. This is inline with typical classical guitars. The truss rod works very smoothly. The pickup sounds very good amplified or with the ear buds that are supplied. The tuner is excellent, which is not typical for amplified classical or acoustic electric guitars. And don't bother trying to turn the tuning pegs with your fingers. There is a hidden magnetic hex wrench near the tuners that works very well and saves your aching fingers. There is one obvious strap button, and I think the output jack doubles as the second button. It works, but it seems like over time that could put a lot of stress on the output jack. And I should have said first that the "body" of the guitar snaps on very easily, but be sure it's in firmly before trying to play. It can be sat in place but not fastened, so be aware. So, overall, if you are looking for a travel classical guitar, this one is very good.

One of my favorite things about the HUSH-C is how the nylon strings pair with the headphone output. The sound is full and clear, yet I can play any time of day without bothering my neighbors. It’s perfect for classical-style practice, and the soft string feel helps avoid finger fatigue.

The built-in tuner is super handy, and I love having EQ control right on the guitar. The AUX input is a nice bonus—I can jam along with backing tracks directly!

I was skeptical about how an ultra-portable guitar would sound, but this one really surprised me. The tone is warm, natural, and responsive thanks to the piezo pickup and HPS-II system. It’s perfect for fingerstyle and light strumming. Plus, the design looks sleek and unique—definitely turns heads!

I travel often, and this HUSH-C is a game changer. It's incredibly lightweight and fits easily into my backpack. The silent practice option is brilliant for hotel rooms and long commutes. Despite its compact size, the sound quality is impressive when plugged into an amp. Highly recommended for musicians on the go!

As someone new to classical guitar, I couldn’t have asked for a better starting point. The neck is slim and super easy to navigate, even for small hands. The rounded frets feel smooth and comfortable. It stays in tune pretty well after the first few days of string stretching. I also love that I can practice with headphones late at night without disturbing anyone!

Very nicely built. Good looking travel guitar. Surprisingly playable for a travel guitar. Was initially worried about the narrower neck since got this for classical guitar practice but not a problem for me. Interesting neck design where narrower on lower frets and wider as go up. Wanted a travel guitar that was a more comfortable to play on than traveller guitar have which this achieves that. Has leg and arm rests and fast connects. Tuning pegs can turn by hand but may be easier with tool.
