Love the DEP 20 but was disappointed that a purchased a brand new keyboard but it has a chip in the paint. Not cool.

This piano is an amazing holiday gift. The keys are beautiful and the wood stand is totally not what we had expected. The material used for the stand is very impressive. As you can see from the picture, nobody knows how to play the piano, thus we are using piano key identifiers. Currently, each family member is learning a piano piece and we plan to have family performance next Christmas.

I'm a capable 75 year-old woman and I was able to assemble this piano with no problem. The holes for the screws were drilled exactly where they needed to be and everything fit perfectly. I was amazed how much it sounds like a regular piano. Haven't learned what all the other buttons do or sound like, but am just as happy to keep playing it just like a piano. I am very pleased.

Selected this after many searches and reviews (blogs and videos) based on criteria of first-time learner...with room for years of maturing interest & skill. ... mitigated by budget (but not 'cheap'). 3 weeks ownership and I am delighted!!! Works perfectly with learning apps and midi feedback. Looks attractive with furniture stand.

One of the legs in the keyboard stand was scratched which I would have preferred it was not but my daughter had been waiting for this for so long we decided to keep it. Box was torn up a little when arrived so I feel it was handled a little rough.

Plenty of fun sounds. Sturdy furniture stand. Nice, weighted keys. We needed a way to play/practice without disturbing each other in our new work-from-home, homeschooling situation. Our traditional upright has been sadly neglected. With our headphones in tow, we are all quite excited to take turns on this piano.

I was very excited to receive my new piano! After installation, I cannot wait to play it and enjoy it. At the beginning, I was planning to buy a piano because I really want to get my skill back. I was looking for a suitable one for me. I found the good brands such as YAMAHA is too expensive. Then I try to find a cheap one and hope it is not bad. Surprise to me that this piano is very good! Both the sound and feel are good. I don’t think it has too much different than the famous brand. It also can satisfy my requirements. I tried YAMAHA in store, this one is also very good, and it is much cheaper! I am very happy with my new baby! BTW, it has many voice and record feature. I am still finding more on it.

The assembly of the stand is simple, I assembled it and assembled it myself. The sound is optimal, it is good for beginners but also for those who, like me, currently have no room for a more voluminous piano. 88 weighted keys, 25 W speakers... A really good product.

I love it. The perfect counterbalance. I haven't been practicing piano for 30 years. It is difficult for me since the accordion keyboard is not the same in that it is not weighted. I have to keep discovering things. In 1 day I didn't have time but to assemble it and play this piece. I recommend it

I have enjoyed reviving my piano skills on this piano. It’s a full keyboard that fits neatly in my office space (newly converted bedroom). I love the pedal function, volume controls and sound quality. Great for an amateur pianist. As a retired music teacher, I’d recommend it for anyone just learning to play or playing for pure enjoyment like me.

I am an intermediate level piano player and this has got to be the best digital piano I got a hold of. The sound quality is great, and I love how I can hook up my keyboard to my computer to compose.

I wanted a fully weighted midi controller that was affordable. I just received it and set it up. Will hopefully add more info later. OVERVIEW Affordable 88 weighted keys Has a screen (small) Putting together was easy. Average speakers and sound. Great price point for what you get DETAILS On sale with the "piano" look made it cheaper than buying just the keyboard and a separate stand. Took my daughter and I 15 minutes to assemble the pieces, maybe. Used my drill to mostly put it together and then a screwdriver to tighten enough but not too much. Sounds on it are fine. Nothing great. But typical for such an instrument. I bought it for midi ultimately so it's built in sounds don't matter to me. But I am glad it has its own speakers and some decent sounds. It doesn't have a bunch of great assignable buttons or sliders for midi (I bought a Korg nanoKONTROL2 MIDI Control). I'll be using a Mac and Mainstage. The screen is small. So compared to other screens it's a weakness. But at this price point you can look at it and be thankful it has a screen. No scroll wheel for navigation is a negative. The built in piano stand version comes with three footpedals which is nice, but I have yet to meet a piano player in the last decade that cares about two of those pedals. Volume control is normal. Speakers are plenty loud for practice at home or group of 20 people singing with you. Sounds a bit better through a sound system and good speakers. Right now the sound comes thru its own speakers and the system speakers. Haven't researched yet, but there may be a setting to change it. I know my piano players will appreciate the built in speakers being in when plugged in. Keys are nicely weighted - good enough for 90% or more of all piano players. They aren't fancy and don't feel as much like the real thing as some keyboards. Shouldn't bother most people. It used to be that fully weighted midi controller keyboards didn't exist. So at this price point, I think it's a good deal. Power chord isn't long. Music stand is average. Same height as the traditional piano it replaced. The keys alone looked slightly longer than 88 piano keys - but close. A piano student could use this for years and it would be more than adequate. Even with the stand, it doesn't weigh much. Why only 4 stars? At its price point I could give it 5 stars. But too many little things could be better. I hope to review this in a few months.

The weighted keys are nice, the sound is fine and there are lots of different instrument sounds. I'm relearning to play again. I am happy with this keyboard.

I love the piano. It has an authentic touch and sounds real. However, I have been having issues with the display screen freezing after playing a few demo songs. I've been in contact with Tech Support for about three weeks, but have not heard from them in seven days. They promised a solution to the issue within 24-48 hours. Perhaps I should return the keyboard before 30 days have elapsed and order a new replacement.

I'm using the product to learn how to play a piano. VERY DISAPPOINTED THERE WASN'T ADEQUATE INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO USE THE VARIOUS SOUND AND RHYTHM FEATURES AVAILABLE ON THE PIANO.

Good price and good beginner training piano. Keys are a bit too stiff, polyphony is low for the intermediate player and playing fast music has a synthetic sound. Slower music has a good sound. Traded it for the Yamaha P125 which was more expensive…

Easy to assemble, it seems very sturdy, it took about 15 minutes to assemble. It's a great keyboard for my 7 year old beginning piano player.

It's good, but the sound is not good quality as I expected.

I bought this for my wife for a Christmas present. I was afraid of buying essentially a no name brand and also about the aesthetics since it would be one of the main objects you see in the living room. I think there are prettier options.. but overall I’m pretty impressed. It has seen hours of use each day for 2 months now and so far no hiccups. The sound quality is probably what I’m most impressed with. It truly sounds amazing. I have some concerns about future service support if it has problems in the future. But over all very happy. One note is the bench they sell is very short. Would probably get a longer one if I could go back.

Love this keyboard. Feels and sounds just like a full piano. Super enjoyable to play! The stand it comes with is of poor quality and a pain to assemble. Live the keyboard but would skip the optional stand. Shipping box was very sturdy with no damage and very quickly. Overall, would gladly purchase again.

I love this piano. The weight is graded and it feels like I’m playing a real piano. I’ve only been playing for about 5 years and needed a little quality upgrade. The grand piano mode sounds very accurate, just all around a good keyboard. I have minimal space underneath a loft bed and this full size piano fits perfectly. Great for smaller spaces.
