Great pedal and delivered quickly thank you!

Im having problem with the pedal. It suddenly makes a loud noise then shuts-off. I have to unplug wire to turn pedal power on. It goes on like this anytime but not within regular time intervals. I think there is something wrong with its circuit. But the effects are nice except mentioned problem.
How can i return it? I already threw the shipping box but i still have the product box.
I want full refund of my money.

Reverb options are solid. Room is my go-to, but Plate adds a nice shimmer when I want something moodier.
Matthew Hall
Love the tone knob — helps me mellow things out when I’m playing jazzier stuff. Bright delay isn’t always the vibe
Natalie Young
Donner really stepped it up with this one. Way more pro-feeling than their older pedals. Big fan of the look too — that gold finish pops.
Daniel Lewis
Took it on a few gigs already — no issues. Held up great in my board bag and didn’t pick up any hum or weird noise.
Lauren Clark
Saved presets are a huge plus. I’ve got one set for my clean blues tone and another for my ambient swells. Easy to switch mid-set.
Christopher Harris
It’s not a spacey ambient monster, but for standard delay and reverb tasks, this pedal does more than enough.
Hannah White
I wasn’t sure about the dual footswitch at first, but now I love it — having delay and reverb separate is such a game changer live.
Chloe Adams
If you’re looking for a solid ambient base layer for clean tones or solos, this pedal delivers. Just don’t expect Strymon-level depth — it’s not trying to be that
Andrew Scott
Great little all-in-one solution if you want to save board space. Delay and reverb in one box that actually sounds good — yes please
Robert Moore
The delay tones are surprisingly good. I mostly stick to the vintage setting — it’s warm without being muddy.
Olivia King
No USB or fancy extras, but honestly, I don’t need that. It nails the basics and gives me everything I need in one pedal

First off, all the knobs actually do what they’re supposed to — and you can clearly hear the changes across the full range. That might sound basic, but with a lot of cheap pedals, the knobs either barely do anything or all the change happens in the last 20% of the turn. This Donner pedal definitely passes that test.
I also appreciate that all the knobs and footswitches feel solid and well-built. I could easily see this pedal holding up for 5, maybe even 20 years with regular use.
Sound-wise, it's clean and quiet. The delay and echo work really well, and the Time and Repeats controls give you plenty to play with.
Now for my one big gripe: the S|T button between the footswitches pulls double duty — it’s used to save presets and to tap in the delay tempo. When you tap it, it starts flashing blue to show the tempo… and it never stops. Ever. Unless you unplug the pedal. It's kind of distracting, especially during those parts of a session where I'm not even using the delay. I get that it’s helpful to have a visual cue before turning it on, but… yeah, it’s annoying. It almost cost the pedal a star.
Aside from that flashy blue LED, though, this pedal nails what a good combo delay + reverb should do — and does it really well.
Amanda Wilson
Would’ve been cool to have a mix knob, but even without it, you can still shape the sound pretty well with the other controls.
Sarah Martinez
Honestly, the aluminum build feels way sturdier than other pedals in this price range. Doesn’t feel cheap at all.
Emily Johnson
Donner did a great job packing a bunch of ambient effects into one pedal. None of the settings are flashy, but it covers the core delay and reverb sounds most players actually use.
Build quality is excellent — the pedal feels premium, and the gold finish looks fantastic. It feels solid and built to last.
The delay goes from quick slapback to long, spacey repeats, and the tap tempo is super useful. I like using short, toned-down delays to keep things clean and avoid highlighting mistakes too much, but it can definitely go bigger if you want. The digital setting gives a crisp repeat, but I personally prefer the Vintage mode for its warmer, less bright sound.
Reverb-wise, it covers the essentials — nothing too wild, but solid. It’s great for moderate, usable reverb. If you're into massive, washy ambient stuff, it might not go deep enough. That said, the Room setting works well for everyday playing, and I was surprised by how much I liked the Plate mode for bigger, ambient vibes.
Overall, this is a well-made, versatile pedal that hits all the practical delay and reverb needs without going overboard. If you’re a session player or someone who wants reliable, musical effects, this is a great fit. Ambient reverb junkies might want something more extreme, but for most folks, this gets the job done beautifully.

The tap tempo feature is clutch. I play in a worship band and need quick access to tempo changes — this makes it super simple.
Jessica Taylor
I love how I can run both delay and reverb separately — makes it way more versatile than I expected for the price.
David Brown
Super easy to dial in great sounds. I’m no pedal expert, but the delay and reverb both sound clean and professional right out of the box.
Michael Smith
Decent material for the price

I’m mainly a bassist but have played guitar too for over 50 years. These days, I just jam at home for fun. I haven’t used many pedals before, but I picked up a few recently and this one from Donner caught my eye — glad I grabbed it!
Reverb is my favorite effect, and some of my amps don’t have it built-in. This pedal gives me great reverb and delay in one box. It’s solidly built, with smooth knobs and secure jacks. It uses standard 9V power and comes with optional rubber feet or you can add Velcro.
Reverb and delay are separate and controlled by individual footswitches. Reverb has Hall, Room, and Plate modes — I liked Hall the most. Delay gives you Echo, Digital, and Vintage — the Vintage might be aiming for that classic tape delay vibe.
There’s also a basic manual and a colorful quick guide, though I wish the instructions went a bit deeper. Still, for the price, this pedal offers a lot and sounds great. I’ve been having a blast with it!
