I can't believe how well made it is. My kids love it, it came in a very well made case. It's worth the money.

Stays in tune really well. The tremolo bridge works great, and I haven’t had any major tuning issues even after heavy playing.
Aaron Fisher
Plays like a dream. The neck is slim and comfortable, making it really easy to move around the fretboard. Feels great in the hands!
Sebastian Simmons
Super versatile sound! The HSS pickup configuration makes it easy to go from smooth bluesy tones to heavier rock sounds. Definitely impressed with the range.
Timothy Myers
Love the finish on this guitar! The gradient color looks even better in person, and the matching headstock is a nice touch. Feels like a real statement piece.
Emma Johnson
Handles effects really well. I’ve run it through my pedalboard, and it responds great to overdrive, delay, and modulation effects.
Violet Bryant
Just a fun guitar to play. It looks awesome, sounds great, and feels smooth—what more could you ask for?
Aurora Reed
The craftsmanship is top-notch. No rough frets, no loose hardware—everything feels well put together.
Olivia Williams
The frets are comfortable and well-finished. No sharp edges, and the medium jumbo size makes bending notes really easy.
Brooklyn Turner
Great sustain! Notes ring out nicely, and the sound is really full, even unplugged.
James Smith
Solid build quality for the price. The poplar body gives it a nice, full tone, and the laurel fingerboard is smooth to play on.
William Jones
Great for beginners and experienced players. It’s easy to play, but also has enough quality and features to satisfy more advanced guitarists.
Ava Davis
Tuning stability is impressive. Even after using the tremolo, the guitar stays in tune better than expected.
Benjamin Miller
Love the pickups! The Midout Set pickups sound super clear, and I can dial in just the right tone for whatever I’m playing.
Sophia Wilson
Perfect for jamming and gigging. It’s got that classic look and sound, but with modern features that make it super reliable.
Mason Taylor
Perfect weight – not too heavy, not too light. Feels sturdy but comfortable to hold, even for long practice sessions.
Isabella Anderson
Feels way more expensive than it is. Honestly, this guitar could easily be priced higher—it’s that good.
Ethan Thomas
Came with everything I needed. The gig bag is nice quality, and the included tools are a great bonus.
Harper Jackson
The 5-way switch gives so many tone options. Whether I need a bright clean tone or a thick lead sound, it’s all there.
Alexander Harris
The satin neck finish feels amazing. It’s really smooth and lets my hand glide effortlessly. No sticky feeling like some glossy necks.
TOMMY
The bridge pickup has a nice bite to it. Perfect for rock and blues solos—cuts through the mix really well.

This arrived very well packaged. The gig bag is more than basic with a little padding. so more than a dust cover. The guitar itself has excellent fit and finish. The body is a glossy gradient light blue and this is carried over to the headstock. The electronics work well. The switch is a board switch, so low end. The wiring and soldering are good enough. There is a green cap capacitor on the tone pot, so well done. The switch is a "board" switch, so functional but not robust. There is zero shielding. The pickups sound good enough for a beginner guitar in all five positions. And the switch and potentiometer knobs function smoothly. The tuners are basic but function fine. The guitar weighs 6.7 pounds, so pretty light. The scale length measures 25.5 inches, standard Fender scale. The nut measures 41.7mm and the fretboard radius measures between is 9.5 inches. The guitar set up out of the box was quite playable. The trem block is thin and very basic, but it works okay. The neck was perfectly straight and that's how I set mine anyway. The action was a little high at 9 thousandths on the low E and 8 thousandths on the high E. Intonation was very close at the twelfth fret. So again, good enough right out of the box. And the nut was cut pretty well. Nothing a beginner would likely notice. I like the screw./ferrule neck attachment better than a neck plate, so kudos to Donner. Bu there is one area that sets this guitar apart, and for that matter most of the Donner guitars I've tried recently. The neck is wonderful. The carve is a very slim C. The fret work is really good with no high frets and no fret sprout whatsoever. The neck is most of what I pay attention to when trying a new guitar and this one is a winner. Overall, a very basic but good guitar, set up pretty well out of the box.

Damn!!
This is my second Donner guitar.
My first one is the sister DMT-100 Black Sunburst. Both surpassed my expectations by a lot. Bought the first one to mod but there’s NO need to change anything. Of course the strings but they were not that bad. Love cobalt strings and they came with so I left them until the next string rotation. Now, this new DMT-66 is basically the same outfit (different strings quality than the other but is nothing different from what I did with my Schecter or PRS…) instead with the single coils in of neck not a humbucker. To add a more strat sound, and they really do. They are not Seymour Duncan BUT they really put out a nice warm to the heavy ceramic humbucker at the bridge that can scream and roar as any high end/priced ones. They are not too microphonic; my only real issue is with the potentiometers. They could be bigger to add more color to it since the bass is on the heavy side of the bucker (same as the DMT-100) But nothing that cannot be solved by adjusting the equalizer on your amp (just my personal taste being ridiculously picky)
Construction wise, EXCELLENT with quality materials only found on higher end/priced models.
I am extremely happy with my two Donnerr’s and pretty sure that they will be another one very since the quality over price ratio got me hooked.
Thanks Donner for putting a huge smile on me and for making possible for us, the music lovers who cannot afford to trade a monthly house payment for a great guitar Keep rocking it, you have a new fan to your collection
