I’ve contacted Donner twice and after several days, have to hear back from them (the 24 hr return on requests appears to not be in the effect right now). I have to return the bench though and haven’t heard back yet again from customer service. So that is sitting in the box.

My son uses this digital piano when he comes home from college for summer vacation. He has become very interested in jazz piano over the last few years of college. He plays a lot and takes a jazz piano class online (his normal instrument he plays in college is saxophone, so this is a side project of his that he does for fun!), so he was thrilled when I put this product together and he was able to try it out.
He absolutely loves it. It has a lot of features and he can plug it into his computer and use his computer program to try different things.
The keys are smooth to press and feel much more like a real piano than the keyboard he has in his home. He raves about it all the time and asks to take it to college with him next month.

After speaking with Donner customer service, it was clarified that these keys are velocity sensitive and do not have the same weight as a fully weighted keyboard. I really tried hard to like this piano because of its amazing look however, I’m afraid I have to say that this is not the best choice unless it’s meant for decoration purposes or for kids only.
It definitely needs improvements on its weighed keys. It gives strong plastic feeling as if they were supported merely by springs.
It’s totally different compared to acoustic piano keys - almost impossible to perform any pieces with advanced levels.
Overall I will recommend this only to rental properties as decoration furniture or those who want to have it as kids toys.
For professional players, at this price point I would honestly go with Yamaha P45 on Amazon - this "piano" does not have REAL weighed keys.

Although there are only a few buttons this has lots of different functions hidden behind a combination of button and key pushes. The sound is crisp and clear and gets louder than you could probably handle. Our kids love to play with it. It's easy enough for them to turn it on and just start playing and they have a blast. It's wide but not deep and does not stick out from the wall very far so you can find a wall somewhere close to an electrical outlet and it won't protrude into you space. You cannot go wrong with this keyboard. It plays well and looks beautiful. It is not cheap quality and you can tell right away by it's weight. We love it and will cherish it, it brings beautiful music into our home.
