Power or Connect Issue of DMK 25 Midi Keyboard

1. Involved Components:  A. Midi Keyboard. 2. Issues Manifestation： A. The Midi Keyboard couldn’t be powered on successfully.  B. After connecting the Midi Keyboard to the device, there is no response when operating in the DAW software. 3. Troubleshooting Steps: A. Please download the DAW software in your device in advance.  B. Android Devices: Please use a Type C cable to connect your device (mobile phone/computer) to the "Type C" Jack of the Midi Keyboard (Please note that the IOS devices need to use an additional OTG adapter).C. And then please check if the Midi Keyboard will light up. If it didn’t light up, please use another Type C cable to connect to another USB Jack on your devices to check if the Midi Keyboard will light up.  D. If it lights up successfully, please start to set the Midi input information in the DAW software. E. If you failed to set the Midi input information on the DAW software, or there is no response from the Midi Keyboard after complete the setting on the DAW software, please take a video clearly showing your operation and setting in the DAW software to us.
