Announcement：Your ESSENTIAL L1 Synthesizer is Delayed until July

We sincerely apologize for the delay in shipping the ESSENTIAL L1 Synthesizer.

Due to recent changes in global trade regulations and increased tariffs, many of our shipments to the United States have encountered unexpected delays—including the ESSENTIAL L1, which was originally scheduled for release in May. The product is currently in transit by sea, and we now expect it to arrive in our U.S. warehouse by early July.

Despite the delay, we are committed to maintaining the original price of the ESSENTIAL L1 and ensuring the highest product quality upon delivery.

We deeply appreciate the patience and support of all customers, especially those who pre-ordered before May 26. As a token of our gratitude, we are offering a $20 gift card for all L1 pre-orders (or $30 for bundle orders), which can be used on any product at us.donnermusic.com. You will receive a separate email with your exclusive gift card code shortly.

While we wait for the shipment to arrive, we’d love to share a glimpse from our warehouse. These images show the first batch of ESSENTIAL L1 units that are ready for final processing—we’re fully prepared to begin shipping as soon as the inventory is received.
