Pros: 1) slimmer than even a standard upright, 2) keyboard is solid with easy to use features, 3) easy assembly, 4) decent sound with reactive keys. Pros: 1) stand is okay but not super solid, 2) sound (without headphones) is tinny, 3) sustain pedal only lasts about half the time as a pedal on a regular keyboard.

I really love my piano, however, I don't know why a piece was left out that connects the cord for the pedals to the back of the piano. Now I am having to run around and find a connector so I can use my sustain pedal. I am not a beginner pianist so this is very frustrating to me. I have not been able to enjoy playing my new piano. I love this piano. The sound is so much better than the ancient acoustic piano I had. The keys have just the right feel to them, in terms of weight. The price was good and I'm glad it is just a piano without a lot of fancy features I don't need or want. My only regret was that I couldn't buy it locally and have it delivered assembled. I could do the assembling but it was too heavy to bring it upright (or to put the keyboard on, if assembling it upright). I had to find someone to pay to do that part for me. Not many people want to come to your house to do a 5 minute job. But I'm happy now that it is done.

I want to thank the Donner Music Customer Service team. I ordered a piano from them a week ago. It arrived very quickly, just in two days later. But, unfortunately, it was broken. Probably during packing or transportation there was a strong blow to the front left corner of the keyboard, so this corner was badly broken in several places and the wooden part near the keys, inside the instrument, under the cover was also damaged. To say I was just upset is an understatement. In addition, I could not get through by phone to the support service. But I wrote them a letter, attached a photo and video of the damaged parts of the instrument, and in the morning I received a response. Miss Sara from their support team was very professional and friendly. I am very grateful to her for taking my situation under control and solving the problem. She asked about my wishes and I asked someone from their company responsible for shipping to make sure that the product was packed securely and that it was not damaged. I was very worried about this. On the same day, after talking with her, they sent me a replacement and now I have my beautiful piano. It came a few hours ago and I just assembled it according to the instructions. It's great! Do not judge strictly my playing. I'm not a professional and I haven't played the piano for about 25 years, but Im happy

It's alright for the price point. It's extremely visually appealing but I don't like how the piano itself sounds, the speakers are underneath and it echos around the cabinet making it sound weird and muddled. I think it sounds really good through the headphones though. The keys are also way too heavy. I'll need to do some extra practicing in the near future because my fingers get tired after 5-10 minutes of playing. I think it would be a good piano to learn on, but this review is from the standpoint of someone who has more experience but still plays casually. I bought it on Black Friday and I thought it was worth it for that price, but I wouldn't pay full price for this piano. It's decent value if aesthetics are important to you but above all I just wish the keys were lighter.

what's the difference between the black one and white?

Headphones with 6.35 connectors can be used.
The headphone jack is under the keyboard on the left hand end of the piano. You don't need to pull the piano away from the wall.

Hi, this piano may be pluged and be used as a piano midi for your Mac. You will need to buy the chord for that seperately though.
What is the difference between the 100 and the 300

Hi, Thanks for your interest.
The voices: DDP-100 only has voice of acoustics grand piano, and DDP-300 has 10 tones & 15 Demo Songs.
Speakers: DDP-100: 25W *2; DPP-300: 20W x 2(tweeter), 10W x 2(woofer).
Bluetooth: DDP-100 does not have the Bluethooth function while DDP-300 is equipped.

In comparison, the DDP-100 is more economical, while the DDP-300 has more features. You can choose the one you like.
Can I use headphone for practice or Bluetooth headset on this piano?

Hi, there are devices that you can attach to any rechargeable aux input and works to connect to any Bluetooth device. You can search "Bluetooth Aux Adapter", "Bluetooth Receiver", or "Bluetooth transmitter". However, you will need to buy a stereo jack plug to connect that bluetooth adapter to the piano.
What's the difference between the headphone jack and audio out?

Hi,The headphone jack is designed for use with headphones or earbuds. When you plug your headphones into the headphone jack, the sound from the digital piano is routed directly to your headphones, allowing you to practice or play without disturbing others around you. The volume level can be adjusted independently from the main speaker volume, so you can find a comfortable listening level.
On the other hand, the audio out is designed to connect the digital piano to an external amplifier or other audio device. When you connect the audio out jack to an amplifier or mixer, the sound from the digital piano is output to the external device, which can then be amplified through speakers or headphones. This allows you to share your music with a larger audience or record your performance using an external device.
