Excellent sound from accurate speakers. Weighted keys feel a bit loose and noisy. One sound only, piano; no ability to simulate other keyboard sounds (organ, harpsichord, synthesizer, etc.).

I bought this as a beginner, and have been playing it for 3 months now, and couldn't be happier. I have felt a variety of digital pianos in the store, and the keys and sound for my dime are among the best i've heard, particularly at the price point. It is important to note what you AREN'T getting with this, which is any sort of flexibility. There are no additional sounds, no controls except a volume knob and on off switch. It isn't anything other than a piano. But as a piano, you could hardly do better for the price

I needed a practice instrument that was inexpensive and would fit well in the tiny home I currently live in. The keys feel very similar to an actual piano. The sound is ok but definitely sounds like an electronic instrument. At only 14” deep it does fit well in a small space. I do like that when the dust cover is up, it does resemble the look of a small upright piano…definitely a better look than many digital pianos. I also like that it has all three pedals including the sostenuto pedal in the middle. I am happy with the purchase overall. Although I would prefer a real piano, with my space and price limitations, this definitely fits my needs at the moment.

The audio quality is ok for the price. The lows sound a little muddy and limited in sampling. The stand has some peeling of its surface lamentation and the soft close piston has stopped compressing causing the lid screws to pull out from the hinge. I half expected a little more based on the good reviews.

I wanted to start playing the piano again (after several decades!). I didn't have room for a full-sized piano, so I started looking into digital keyboards. Out of all the reviews I read, Donner had the best reviews so that's what I decided on. The keyboard & stand arrived & was very well packaged. Stand was easy to put together. Piano has an incredible sound. I definitely recommend this keyboard & stand.

The keys are a little too heavy and don't do a good job of preparing a student for a recital. You get too used to only playing on this piano that when you play on an actual grand or something a little different it feels weird.

I really liked this e piano at first but I’ve had it less than a month and already have a key sticking when played. Frustrating for me as a beginner and I can only imagine that it will probably get worse.

This piano is beautiful and sounds amazing. My granddaughter loves to practice her piano playing on it. I have bought a few books to learn myself. Thia is definitely a great affordable 88 weighted key piano. You don't need to by the super expensive ones. This one is cost effective and sounds like a 1000 dollar piano. I love it!

So I'm not at all an expert and I just bought this as my very first piano to start learning as a beginner. I like it over all and I thought the sound is fine till I try playing with headphones on. It is sooo much better with headphones which means it's not that good without. But I'd say for the price it is still pretty good.

This keyboard is just OK. The price is good for a full size weighted keyboard. The keys feel good, however the sound quality is a bit disappointing. The main piano voice is ok, but most of the other voices are meh -- not very rich or vibrant in comparison with other keyboards I've tried.

This has been a great purchase. We’ve always wanted a piano in the house but we never found a reason to purchase one. Our youngest child found an interest in piano and music making. We are a musical family and it was a treat to hear that my youngest wanted to play and learn. That was enough for us to go and splurge a little to finally get a piano that looked good was a bit more compact than an upright or grand and sounded really nice. It also feels really close to an acoustic piano and has a great sound. We are happy with this piano and its an instrument that I enjoy learning on along with my son.

I bought this hoping to avoid the troubles others we’re having g with paint issues and non working keys. I am glad I did! This took me 25 minutes to assemble with my 5 year old so very easy to assemble. The paint or sticky paper is not peeled or cracked on any of our pieces and it plays wonderfully. Perfect for beginners with small space. UPDATE-Upon using the keyboard, we noticed the headphone jacks (located under the keyboard) we’re empty and non usable. Submitted an email to the company and will try contacting CS today to see resolution.

This sounds and feels like a "real" piano, and only takes up half the space. The speakers sound great and get very loud, or just use headphones (with a 1/4" jack adapter) so you don't bother everyone in the house with your practice. Plugs directly into ipad / laptop / etc (with USB-B adapter cord) so you can use recording or learning apps with MIDI input. And if you can grab it on sale, it is a great deal overall. Only issue with getting this model instead of the other is the flip-up lid is less convenient than a slide-back type of lid.

This piano and company are fantastic! We bought this piano for our son because he was getting pretty serious about playing piano. Our first one arrived and was very easy to set up. After a few days, the screws on the auto closing hinge started to pull out of the wood. We informed Donner through messaging on the Amazon app and they quickly responded with a reply saying they will send us another one and we DO NOT have to send this one back! My wife and I could not believe it. Within a couple of days the new one arrived and we have not had any issues. Now that is customer service! The sound is excellent. It sounds just like a real piano and our son says it is exactly the same as playing a real piano. Plus, this unit is beautiful as well! We will continue to use Donner as my son progresses with his piano playing abilities.

When we first unboxed it, the top 7 or so keys didn’t work. We contacted customer surface and they had us send a video of what was wrong. They responded with a simple solution to fix it and it was fixed! Very satisfied with their customer service. It’s a nice, simple digital piano for our little apartment.

This was easy to put together. However, I had to return the first box I received due to shoddy workmanship of the support frame. Amazon's customer service was very prompt to ship a replacement, which was much better. The keyboard cover is a bit warped on one end (the upper register keys peek through), but other than that the appearance is fine for the money. The action is a bit stiff, but it is, after all, an electronic piano. It takes some getting used to in terms of playing technique. However, my purpose for purchasing it was to be able to play it at all hours without disturbing the neighbors (I live in a condo).

After checking reviews and specs on other low priced digital pianos, I settled on the Donner DDP-90. I have not been dissappointed. My wife wanted a digital piano that sounded like a real piano and felt as much as possible as a real acoustic piano, without breaking the bank. This piano fits the bill. When it has to be moved around, it doesn't take 3-4 strong guys to move it from room to room. It only takes me.

I am very impressed with this piano for the price range! I did lots of research on Digital pianos before buying. I wanted a piano that sounded and felt like a real piano, but with out the maintenance that comes with it. Feels just like playing a real piano! This product arrived early packed well with simple to understand instructions for assembly. When unpacking check all cardboard the Piano backing is sandwiched by cardboard and would be easy to miss. You can assemble this alone but I had one other person help me all went great. My sister is in love with her Christmas present!

My instrument came when expected, in good condition. It was relatively easy to assemble and attach the base.

The sound is good so far and was fairly easy to set up. Instructions weren’t extremely helpful when it comes to plugging in sustain. I eventually found the connection under the piano on the right side (from behind). So far so good! But I was very displeased to see the paint/black cover peeling. It was so damaged I thought at first it was meant to be peeled off. Very disappointed and just relieved I don’t have the piano in an area people will hang out in. It’s not something I’d have on display.

I'm a petite female as was able to put this together myself with a little maneuvering; took me about 30 mins. Two people would be ideal. We previously had a very fancy $15,000 Clavinova. This doesn't have all the fancy features (that we never used anyway and only caused problems) but this piano definitely serves it's purpose. If you're a 'Mozart' it may not be for you but if you're an average piano player or have kids starting out I think it's an excellent choice.

Funny enough, the no-name used digital piano with 1 million buttons we had before this one sounded better. However, on the whole we are happier with this one. It’s more like a piano. It’s thin. Takes up very little space. It has an on button and volume that’s it. On the whole we like it !!
