When you first open the box it looks smaller than the pictures but it's powerful. Really simple to use, plug and play and the best future on it is that it's battery powered so you can have it always with you. Comes with a USB to type-c adaptor which is really cool and you will need it if you've got a MacBook or newer laptops that have only USB-c ports. The product itself looks great and the microphone is good quality. Has autotune settings and lots of sound effects. Good and easy-to-read instructions are provided and connecting it with your phone using bluetooth is really easy. The sound quality is good and I would recommend it for YouTubers, steamers, and podcasters

The podcard is only small at 9x5 inches, is lightweight at only 406grams and is incredibly simple to set up. The Bluetooth availability and built in battery makes it even more suited for transporting and using anywhere. The 8 preset sound effects are basic, but using the A,B,C&D buttons underneath, you can record and save 4 sounds to customise your own sound effects.

A podcasts become more popular it is great to see a bundle pack like this so home podcasters can give it a go and see what they can come up with. This pack is ideal for podcast recording, but you could also use it for voice over work on videos etc. It comes with an audio interface, microphone and cables; as well as a small desktop tripod. The microphone seems well made, but a little lighter than some more professional microphones I own. The XLR socket seems a little thinner than i'd like too, but at this price point these are minor issues. The casing for the audio interface seems a little light ands plasticy, but as it'll just be sat on a desk top this shouldn't be too much of a problem. The knobs and buttons on the interface seems pretty secure and glide smoothly. There are inbuilt effects to be used if you so wish and these include a clap, cheer, laugh and scream effect, amongst others, There is also the ability to add reverb to seem as if you are in a larger room etc. This was easy to connect up and get up and running. Therre are plenty of inputs and putputs that you would need for recording a podcast. This includes 2 inputs for instruments or mics, 3 inputs for mobile phoes or tablets and monitor and headphone outputs. There is also Bluetooth connectivity. I already use a DAW (digital audio workstation) and Reaper is my preferred option and this seemed to work well with this. This has an inbuilt battery so you could use this in "live" situations, but I have not tested the lifespan of this. This is a well priced bundle and can get you up and running quickly to see if this is something you'd want to pursue in greater depth. If you wanted to continue podcasting then you would probably upgrade your equipment at some point, but for a starter kit this is great.

I use this podcast with my Mac, and it works as expected, more or less. in my opinion. I don't do the podcasts but its good to record voiceovers for video material, gives the control right under my fingers - which is way better than using keyboard and mouse. Overall, these are pros: - good quality analogue mic with table tripod (doesnt take much room), voice sounding warm and clean. - controller is also compact size, just ideal on my desk (similar size as Mac's magic keyboard) - nice and effective signal gate (clears all the environment noise from the mic) - few types of quality reverberation (small room, big room, arena), - good voice shaper (exciter / enhancer), - analogue knobs (gain, volume) makes it easy and intuitive to use, - autotune (simplistic version without adjustable portamento), - led signal level indicators (when gets on red, means the gain volume is too high), - 8 pre-programmed sound effects / 4 pads for customisable sound effects (voices, etc), Cons: - lack of usb-c input for usb microphone - can't set it up to have sound in mac's speakers in a real time (it only allow to record all audio via usb-c - can't use Mac as a audio monitor, need to use headphones). Recorded voice sound rich, when the 'shaper' effect is used, no need to apply aural exciters or enhancers in post edit, it sounds great straight out of the device. Ideal for speech, voiceovers, etc. Aututone is good fun here, it could be great for live performance.
