This is an amazing piano....but with a major design flaw. The keys are not level they go up so much instead of being flat. Sound and weighted keys are great. Tempted to keep it and just put cardboard under to make the keyboard tilt to be level with the player but.... If I'm going to spend nearly $400 on a piano I'd rather not.

Got it for my sons 8th birthday. He likes it and it works great, however my only negative is that it really smells and gases off. Before putting it in his room I ‘aired it out’ but it still smelled after weeks. Besides the stink, it’s a decent little piano.

Best product out there; great for kids n adults, probably my favorite yet bc you can pair it with Donners electric drum kit and play it thru the piano as you play the piano. Better then any other piano out there. Order the notes letter stickers. We did and all our children took to playing from the book immediately

Mine arrived 2 days late and was delivered by a 7 month pregnant driver. The box was damaged and on opening the box I found the item was scratched. This is not a beginners keyboard piano imho due to the complications in operating the functions. It looks beautiful and the actual stand, minus the scratches is very very nice and well made.

I've been looking for a piano for awhile now and I luckily came upon this one. I'm impressed with my purchase the quality was beyond expectations for its pricing. It came in extremely well packaged and easy to assemble. The set up was very minimal only taking me and a friend about 20 minutes to set up. Moving on to the looks it is very sleek and minimal . Perfect sizing and can be moved with little effort to anywhere in your house . As far as the sound there is two speakers that sound really good and crisp. the volume quality is great and can be heard throughout the whole house. The piano is easy to use and can be great for beginners, but also great enough for those who are advanced. Overall recommend this piano for purchase. Happy with the amazing quality of my purchase.

Overall I love it but some of the keys weakly sound especially in the higher notes. Also, the strip where the buttons are will not stay in place. I would not recommend this instrument.

The piano was exactly as it looks and as advertised. We ordered the bench as well. Got here super fast. My daughter (9 y/o) likes how it is sensitive to touch and the pedals make her get more out of practicing at home. Now I wish I went with the full sensitivity but this one is just as fine. I learned the headphone jack requires an adapter - it's not like a plug-and-go headphone jack, so be ready for that. Super sturdy, too. Very glad we bought this.

I love my new piano. It plays well and sounds so much better than my old keyboard. I'm still learning so I didn't get a more expensive model but this one is more than enough for me. I'm getting accustomed to the weight of the keys but they feel good to the touch. I'm very happy with my purchase.

This is a great beginner piano. I agree with others that the keys are not straight due to the predrilled hole alignment. This can easily be fixed by just adjusting the keyboard and redrilling holes. Otherwise, it’s been great!

This piano was super easy to assemble, we were a little worried at first that it was missing two screws but then found them already in the base so be sure to check the different parts if not all the screws are in the bag. The sound quality is great and it’s nice to have volume control when the kids want to play.

Caution: I highly recommended that it be assembled using a manual screwdriver instead of an electric screwdriver because it is easy to strip the screwhead or the piano stand wood holes. Great piano!! I have never played piano before I bought this, and I didnt have any difficulty learning how to use it. Sound is really great and the volume is easy to adjust. There is a slight angle to the keys, but I have not had any trouble with playing the piano. There are other instruments options, but I bought it for the Grand Piano so I dont use them. The stand was easy to setup and feels durable. Would recommend to other people. Really happy with my purchase.

This piano was a Christmas gift for my boys (age 13 and 14). They absolutely love it! The keys are weighted but they are plastic so keep in mind everytime your fingers hit the keys you will hear it. Outside of that the piano is sturdy, well built and has a clean crisp sound quality.

I was a little concerned to buy this piano, in spite of the high rating, due to the handful of really negative reviews. I’m so glad I did! The base was easy to assemble, the keyboard fits well into base without any awkward angle to the keys. The keys are nicely weighted and the tone is exceptional for the price. I’m really enjoying this keyboard. I’m not a professional, but I’m also not a beginner and this works very well for a home practice keyboard.

This piano was easy to assemble. I was concerned because one of the keys didn't make a sound the day after I put it up. Something kicked in though and it works now. You won't find a more attentive customer service experience than you do with Donner. My first piano came in with a small scratch that was more than likely caused by the shipping company, I jokingly made a review about it and Donner was not having it. They contacted me personally and offered to send me a new Piano at no extra charge. I of course accepted since two is always better than one and when it came in it was flawless! Definitely an amazing experience.

I am a complete beginner. I am trying to play anything using both hands on the treble and the bass clef. But I just feel like the bass clef is overpowering the treble and it's hard to hear the treble clearly. I would really love there to be a setting that I could adjust the specific volume for the two clefs.
Otherwise, this piano is great. As much as I know (from 0 experience) it's a nice feeling piano. Not cheaply made either.

This keyboard is perfect for beginners! I live in a townhouse and love that it’s slim design also fits perfectly in my space. If I had any complaints, it would only be of the music stand. The angle it has prevents it from fitting flush against the wall, however it is easy to remove. Other than that, it’s perfect for a family of beginners!

Nothing to say about the object. On the other hand, I believed it was delivered without a power charger because it could not be found. I used an additional charger lying around in my drawers to light the piano. And it was finally the day I threw the polystyrene blocks in the recycling center, that I noticed that one of them was slightly heavier than the others! The power supply, in a white box, was embedded inside a block of polystyrene (also white)… so look well everywhere before making a scandal like me

The touch is almost similar to that of a traditional piano, it conveys emotion, which is, frankly, essential to me.
The icing on the cake, it's not bulky. Cons of this piano:
When the volume wasn't too loud, we heard too much noise from the keys.

I'm in my 70s and my hands are full of osteoarthritis and I can play this piano and I'm glad, if I report this it's because I think other people are just like me.
